Our stay here, while short, was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean with ready access to various wonderful restaurants. It is also right around the corner from the train station that can connect you to the rest of Italy including the airport and port of Civitavecchia. Our host Nicola was so helpful as was his partner Flaminia. They provided many great suggestions for seeing the city upon our arrival. Snacks were always available in the kitchen area. The location was quiet even with being closely situated near the Vatican. We felt very safe walking around the streets. We would definitely stay here again.
Can recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at the B&B. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican and with easy access to public transportation. The staff, especially Nicola, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by adding some more variety to the options available.

I had a great stay at this B&B. The host, Nicholas, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a well-stocked shared kitchen available. The location was quiet and close to the Vatican. Nicholas gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage there after check-out and the affordable airport transfer service. Highly recommended.
Couldn't stay longer 😔

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient USB charging points. The location was great, with bus stops just a minute away and the train station only a 5-minute walk. Being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast options were quite limited and you had to prepare it yourself from items in the refrigerator, which were not refilled during our 3-day stay. The common kitchen was small, especially when there were other guests using it.

The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The communication was top-notch and the breakfast was mind-blowing. The room was clean, comfy, and located in a quiet part of town. The best part was the host's adorable pug, who added an extra touch of charm. The host was so helpful and kind, ensuring that our stay was exactly what we wanted. The breakfast had an amazing variety of food and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. this place exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it!

The location of the B&B was fantastic, being in the center of the city made it easy to explore all the attractions. Additionally, it was only a short walk to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better, it was a bit disappointing to have a weak flow of water.

My recent stay at La Fabbrica Di San Pietro B&B was exceptional. The location was perfect, with easy access to various wonderful restaurants and attractions. The historical building and house added to the charm of the experience. The staff was friendly and provided me with time-saving information. The breakfast, although self-service, had a good selection of items including Nutella, bread, juice. The room was comfortable and clean, and the building was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.

The private bathrooms with rainfall showerheads at La Fabbrica Di San Pietro B&B were amazing! I felt like I was showering in a luxurious spa every day. The rooms had a cozy and welcoming vibe, with a private entrance that made me feel like I had my own little haven in Rome. The tile/marble floors added a touch of elegance, making the rooms feel extra special. Having an electric kettle in the room was so convenient, making it easy for me to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The free in-room WiFi kept me connected and allowed me to stay in touch with loved ones and share my travel experiences effortlessly.
Personally, I found the bidet in the fully equipped private bathroom to be unnecessary, but I understand that some guests might appreciate this feature.

Great communication with the host, who contacted us in advance to ask about our plans and any special needs we have. He also provided valuable information about getting around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a quiet environment that ensured a good night's sleep.- The breakfast provided a variety of options, including bread, pastries, fruits, and coffee, and the host made sure it included food we liked.
The location was a bit far from most attractions, although it was close to the Vatican. Some locations required switching between buses or metro.
